Alamki Exchange and Return Policy

Returns:

We want you to love your Alamki purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied with your scarves or bags, you can return them within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Exclusions: Homeware and Steel Accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return shipping fees:
    • For items with manufacturing defects: Alamki covers the shipping fees.
    • For other returns: The customer is responsible for double shipping fees.

Exchanges:

Need a different style or color for your scarves or bags? Exchanges are welcome within 24 hours of purchase!

  • The courier will either:
    1. Deliver the new item and collect the old one simultaneously, or
    2. Collect the old item first and deliver the new one later.
  • Exchange shipping fees: The customer is responsible for double shipping fees.

Order Editing and Cancellation:

  • You can edit or cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it on the Alamki website.
  • After this window, changes cannot be guaranteed.

How to Return:

  1. Contact Customer Service:

  2. Secure the Items:
    • Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
  3. Include Order Details:
    • Add a note with your order number and reason for return.
  4. Schedule a Pickup:
    • The delivery courier will collect the items from your location.

Refunds:

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
