🌸 Exchange & Return Policy – Alamki

✨ Your comfort matters! You can easily return or exchange your items under the following conditions:

📅 Validity Period:

- You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

⚙️ If There’s a Manufacturing Defect:

- We cover all shipping costs.
- You may choose between: a replacement or a refund via your original payment method.

🎀 If There’s No Defect:

- Returns and exchanges are still allowed.
- The customer covers the shipping cost (return + delivery).
- Exchanges are available for color or model changes of the same product (e.g., scarves or bags).

🚫 Exclusions:

- Homeware.
- Stainless steel accessories.
(❌ Cannot be returned or exchanged).

🕒 Order Modifications or Cancellations:

- Orders can be modified or canceled within 5 hours of placement only.

📦  How to Process:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp.
2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
3. Add a note with your order number + reason for return/exchange.
4. We’ll schedule a courier to collect the item.

⏳ Processing Time:

- Requests are completed within 7–10 business days after receiving the item.
