Alamki Exchange and Return Policy

Returns:

In case of a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product for you. If replacement is not a suitable solution for you, a credit equivalent to the amount paid will be added to your personal wallet in Alamki

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
• Exclusions: Homeware and Steel Accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to change the style or color of your scarves or bags, we offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase, but only in the case of a manufacturing defect.

The courier will: • Deliver the replacement item and pick up the original item simultaneously, or • Pick up the original item first, followed by the delivery of the replacement item.

Exchange Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for the additional shipping costs for both the exchange  and delivery.

Order Modifications and Cancellations:
You may edit or cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it on the Alamki website. After this time, changes cannot be guaranteed.

How to Exchange  :

2. Secure the Items:
• Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
3. Include Order Details:
• Add a note with your order number and reason for return.
4. Schedule a Pickup:
• The delivery courier will collect the items from your location.

Exchange :

• Processing Time: Exchange  will be processed within 7–10 business days
