If you wish to change the style or color of your scarves or bags, we offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase, but only in the case of a manufacturing defect.
The courier will: • Deliver the replacement item and pick up the original item simultaneously, or • Pick up the original item first, followed by the delivery of the replacement item.
Exchange Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for the additional shipping costs for both the exchange and delivery.
Order Modifications and Cancellations: You may edit or cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it on the Alamki website. After this time, changes cannot be guaranteed.
